Oh wow this sounds like a really heartfelt but powerful read. Sometimes it's hard to read about difficult topics but it sounds like this is handled really well. Great review!

Great review and insight on how the author navigates the topics. And how you get a different perspective from each short story.

This sounds like a beautiful book that addresses so many topics that we NEED to be willing to talk about. There is this big 'taboo' discussing the topics of unwanted pregnancy, infertility, etc. It leaves people feeling SO alone. However, openly discussing these topics can help to create a better sense of understanding and compassion.

All The Acorns on the Forest talks about the difficult subjects, which I think is great. It is great that the author outlined the story really well with some real issues we face in society. Glad you enjoyed the read overall!

Although this deals with heavy topics, it does sound like a very moving and important read. I have read books like this before and have enjoyed them, but I just need to be in the right sort of mood for them. Anyway, I'll be adding this to my TBR list as I'm sure I'll like it. Thanks so much for the review!
