Thursday, December 31, 2020
Hi everyone! Well we've made it to the last day of another month - and of 2020! We had a very quiet Christmas this year because of the pandemic, but preparations for the day effected my time available to read. Having said that, I did manage to read 9 books this month - 1 physical book, 1 ebook and 7 audiobooks. My books according to primary genre:
- 3 holiday books
- 3 women's fiction books
- 1 general fiction book
- 1 literary fiction book
- 1 mystery/thriller book
Reviews posted in December:
My 5 star reads this month - none.
My 4 star reads this month
Please watch for my upcoming reviews coming soon for:
- Finlay Donovan Is Killing It
- Love, Almost
- Better Luck Next Time
- The Nantucket Inn
Some fun facts:
My favourite audiobook performance was by Christina Delaine in The Blue Bistro.
The book that brought the most views to my blog (for reviews already published) - The Blue Bistro.
The blog post that generated the most comments was 12 Holiday Books to Read this Christmas - Part One
Thank you for supporting my blog by visiting! I'd love it even you would consider subscribing to it. Stay safe everyone ☺️

Thank you so much for sharing. The Nantucket Inn sounds like it is going to be a great book. I will be adding that to my reading list for 2021. I can't wait until you share you review.

Delete9 books...congratulations! I envy however you’ve managed to carve out the time to be so well read. I know we’re all playing within the same constructs of time, but still super impressive you have your personal schedule fine tuned to that degree. Happy new year and best of luck to you in 2021!
ReplyDeleteThank you Shane!

DeleteHappy New Year Jodie! Bummer no 5 star books in December but lots of 4s is good! I've been having such trouble getting back into reading fiction this year but am happy to report I finally found one I'm excited about! Unfortunately I'm almost done with it. Wishing you the best of luck in 2021!
ReplyDeleteThanks Clarissa!
DeleteIt's my goal for 2021 to read more! I normally read on my commute to work, and having lost that for most of the year I haven't read as much!
