I like to start my day with a morning swim, but those will be coming to an end in two more weeks. I hope to take up walking again.

The days really are getting shorter! I’ve really noticed it the last week or so. and I like morning walks the best too. It’s hyst a great quiet time to be out…

Your hardy hibiscus is gorgeous! I’ve never seen on in real life before. I should go see if there are any at the gardening stores so I can see what they smell like as fresh flowers. I’ve noticed the shorter daylight as well. I’m glad it’s not getting dark in the late afternoon yet, but we’re almost to that time. I hope you have a great week!

I notice the shorter days too because we eat at 7 and I used to walk Lulu at 8 but now it’s dark at 7:30. I’m hoping it’s cool enough to walk after 4 and before I need to start dinner prep. I looked up the first frost here and the earliest is Nov 1. So we have some time and it’s still in the 80s (26-30C) . Happy reading!
