It’s time for Who Wears it Better in June 2026? In this feature, I look at different book covers used for the same book. In some cases, the cover is chosen by geography (e.g. North America or UK). Other times, it’s based on the edition of the book (hardcover, paperback, kindle etc). Where it becomes confusing is when the book is given a completely different title! Just for fun, and because I love talking books, let’s see what different books covers I’ve noticed recently. I’ll tell you what my choice is, so vote and let me know what your choice is!
But first, let’s review the results of last month’s battles:

Now onto:
Our June Battles (Polls close June 30):
The Book Club Hotel/The Christmas Book Club by Sarah Morgan:

I love each of these covers, but I prefer the colours and the more festive, Christmas-themed feel of the U.K. cover.
Getting Away With Murder by Shari Lapena:

This was a difficult decision because I genuinely like all of these covers. While I love the details in the Canadian cover, the colours of the U.K. cover and the inclusion of a tag line appeal to me more. If I had to pick a favourite, the U.K. cover would be my choice.
Hot Girl Murder Club by Ashley Winstead:

Once again, I love both of these covers, especially for their vibrant use of colour. That said, the U.S. cover has a slight edge for me because I think the women on the cover are a better fit for the title.
Time Travel for Beginners by Jaclyn Moriarty:

This was another tough decision for me. While I prefer the colour palette of the U.S. cover, I also love the colours and the sense of time travel conveyed by the Australian cover. In the end, my choice is the Australian cover.
Five-Star Summer / Brave New Summer by Sarah Morgan:

Our final battle this month features another of Sarah Morgan’s books. Have you noticed that her books often have different covers and titles depending on the region? While I like the inclusion of the tagline on the U.K. cover, the U.S. cover is my favourite in this matchup.
So there you have it – Who Wears it Better in June 2026? I’d love to know which covers you prefer, so please vote to let me know! Do you have a cover you’d like me to feature in an upcoming battle? Let me know in the comments. I hope you have a wonderful day.

I think we disagreed of more this month than any other, Jodie. I’m not a fan of big bulky font for the title of a book as it takes away from everything else for me. I do enjoy seeing what everything thinks when you post your results.

Great picks! I agree with all of your choices… Although that Shari Lapena cover was a close call.
